For those of you who might not know Chidorigafuchi, it is one of the most popular cherry blossoms viewing spots in Tokyo. Actually, it is about 15-minute walk from my workplace.
I've never tried Chidorigafuchi because I'm not interested in such a crowded place, but today, one of my colleague told me that the cherry blossoms there in the evening were so beautiful that she had been there every year. So I changed my mind and tried to see it myself partly. Another reason I decided to do so is because I had a DSLR with me today. I used it for my job.
So I went there and saw the place ... packed with people ... from across the street. I hated to join the line that looked endless. Just imagine the cherry blossoms in full bloom lining the moat. The view must be spectacular. If you are really want to see the view, Google it.
As for me, I saw the same view through one of my friends' photo at the group exhibition every day :) So I was able to imagine clearly what it looked like. I didn't have to be in that crowd.
So the photos here were taken all along the Yasukuni Street to and from Chidorigafuchi. You know what, I prefer these cherry blossoms along the street :)
